Snack: Carrots and Strawberries
Dinner: Grilled Cheese on Wheat with Tomato Soup

Tuesday February 2, February 9

Breakfast: Cherrios with Banana
Snack: String Cheese and Apple
Dinner: Fish, Broccoli and Fruit

Wednesday February 3, February 10

Breakfast: Frozen Breakfast ( Waffles, Sandwich, etc)
Snack: Yogurt and Graham Crackers
Dinner: Ham Salad on Croissant

Thursday February 4, February 11

Breakfast: Whole Wheat English Muffin with Honey and Blueberries
Snack: Carrots and Strawberries
Dinner: Turkey Burger with Mix Veg and Fruit

Friday February 5,  February 12

Breakfast: Cherrios with Banana
Snack: Yogurt and Graham Crackers
Dinner: Ham and Swiss Sandwich with Soup

Saturday February 6, February 13

Free Day

Sunday February 7, February 14

Brunch: Healthy Choices!
Dinner/Late Snack: Free Choice

Here is my meal plan for the next two weeks! I am also going to look for some healthy snacks and drinks for when I have class on Wednesday's. Hope this all goes well!

Healthy Food

Going shopping for some groceries now that I have finally been paid. Hope to be able to eat healthier. Seems to be hard because healthy food is so expensive!

2016: New Year New Me

I have completely lost sight of my health over the past seven or eight months. I met the man of my dreams and got too comfortable! It is kind of unbelievable that we even met. He is Scottish! I worked at a day care last year and he came to America over the summer to coach soccer to kids. He happened to be coaching at the day care center I worked at and we hit it off. We've been in love ever since. I even got to travel to Scotland over the holidays! He is the best thing to ever happen to me. Now that I am emotionally as strong as I have ever been thanks to him, I can get back to my health. Here's to a new and healthier year. I am going to start full swing on Monday, see you then!

He'll be back in May so now is the time to get in shape.
