South Beach Diet: Modified

I started the South Beach Diet two weeks ago. I lost about seven pounds! It consisted of mostly protein, dairy and lots of veggies!

Phase Two Begins this week! I can now have some whole wheat carbs and fruits again! Here is my plan for the first week:


I am really excited to see how this next week goes!

Time to lose some weight!

I haven't been on here in forever. I really would like to see myself lose 15 pounds. Just have to figure out how to do it!
